BISHOP TAWTON TREASURE HUNT 11th JUNE 2014

BISHOP TAWTON TREASURE HUNT

TREASURE HUNT at BISHOPS TAWTON

Wednesday 11th June

The village of Bishops Tawton was the setting for our recent Treasure Hunt. A good turn-out from the club made light work of President Richard's clues, although there were a few fiendish ones in amongst them. Example - 'A fine pair of yankee buckeyes' turned out to be two horse chestnut trees near the pub (several tried to google it but found there was no internet access!). Nobody got 100% although most of us got the right answers to at least 16 or more of the 20 clues. After welcome cold drinks in the pub
