The Inaugural Award of the Neil Paterson Memorial Bowl

Joan Neilson honoured with the inaugural award for services to Youth Activities
Thornhill and District Rotary President 2013-2014 recently presented Rotarian Joan Neilson with the Neil Paterson Memorial Bowl. This is the first occasion on which the Bowl has been awarded. The club agreed that the Club President of the year may award the Bowl to a Rotarian who has served the club over and beyond what might be expected in that year.
The Bowl itself was believed to have been presented to the late Past President of the club Dr Neil Paterson a number of years ago. Judy, his wife discovered the Bowl whilst sorting out items after Neil
