Lunchtime Meeting with Speaker

We were joined by Michael Roshier at our lunchtime meeting.

Michael was one of the two candidates from RWB that we sent on the Rotary Youth Leadership Award course this summer. This is an annual 6 day leadership training course held in the Forest of Dean for 40 young people (aged between 16 and 18yrs).

Michael felt the course had been greatly beneficial to him, particularly in building self-confidence and providing skills he will use throughout his life.

All of this year's participants came out feeling very positive about their experience and the group formed close friendships which they expect to keep for years to come.
