Wine Tasting Evening

Wed, Jul 30th 2014 at 12:00 am - 12:00 am

Wine tasting evening at Somerby Vineyards.

William Hobson hosted an excellent wine tasting with cheese and biscuits. It was a hot and sunny evening, which felt like it could almost have been in France!

Edward gave a very informative talk about the vineyard and wine production which was really interesting and, of course, the wine was very good.

Over 9000 vines are currently growing at Sumerby Vineyards, with 7 different varieties of grapes that enables the production of a wide range of wines, in red, rose and white.

Thanks to John C  for the photographs.
