We will be out in force to support the annual St Mary's Island Community Centre Community Fair on Saturday 13th September.
Held in the grounds of our weekly meeting place the fair is an ideal place to see all the great activities on offer at the Centre throughout the year including of course all that Medway Sunlight Rotary Club does.
There will be face painting, bouncy castles, dancing, hot food, ice cream and refreshments and we will be running our popular fete games, encouraging the kids to have a go at soaking local characters in the stocks, try the skittles, attempt to beat our Queen of Connect 4, Jane and by popular demand the human fruit machine will be operating! All money we raise on our stalls will be going to the Rotary Children's Hospice Holidays and other Rotary supported charities.
Come on down and support us - later in the evening we will running our own fund raising event - the Glass Walk Challenge so make an afternoon and evening of it.
We are for communities !
