President Bill Deans welcomed a reduced attendance of ten other members, as four members were involved in running the Rotary P7 Schools Quiz at Lomond School at the same time as the lunch.
International convener Douglas Dow announced that a record 12 tables would take part in the annual Bridge Night at Helensburgh Rugby Club on Friday, and Derek Hall expressed thanks for the number of wine bottles donated as raffle prizes.
The weekly raffle for a whisky miniature, currently Deanston, was won by the organiser, Derek Hall.
