Swimathon 2014 Pays Out!

Cheques for almost £7,000 were distributed to deserving charities.

Last November's event raised a total £6,987 - so the total raised by all seven Swimathons is now over £50,000!

The headline charities this time were Josie's Dragonfly Trust and the local group of Arthritis UK together with the Mayor's charity, Finchale College.  Each of these received £1,760.

The 2015 Swimathon will take place on Saturday 21st November at Freeman's Quay - more details soon.
