Speaker: Neil McMahon

Mon, Mar 14th 2016 at 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Neil McMahon will be giving an "Introduction to the Wildlife of Pitsford Reservoir" with and update and quiz

Neil is a retired police officer who has maintained a keen interest in wild birds and other wildlife all his life.  He is  familiar with most of the well-known birdwatching sites in the county of Northamptonshire and has travelled extensively throughout the UK.  The wonder of migration and challenges of bird identification stimulates his interest.  He is licensed to catch and ring wild birds and is a voluntary warden at Pitsford Reservoir and regularly completes Common Bird Census and Wetland Bird Surveys.
