Nepal visit acclimatisation.

The first of a series of walks to get those people due to visit Nepal later in the year, fit and ready for purpose.
Walk starts at the car park in Abbotsbury, accessed just past the Swan pub on the left side going from Portesham. The parking is opposite Rosemary lane, and will cost £2.50. The walk will be about 7.5 miles, up the hill to West Bexington, and return. Please bring a flask of tea or coffee for a break during the walk. Walkers are then invited to Mark and Judiths afterwards for tea and nibbles.
