Kilmarnock Rotary Club's 89th Charter Night Celebration and Installation Dinner

Fri, Jul 1st 2016 at 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Details to follow

1st July 2016 is the 89th anniversary of the granting of our Rotary Charter. It is also the change of Rotary 'year' when the new team take over the helm. We are holding a celebration dinner in the Fenwick Hotel on that date starting at 7 for 7.30pm with a glass of proseccu or soft drink on arrival followed by a superb three course meal. After a brief interval we will be entertained by Rebecca Herd, daughter of our Associate Member Jon. Then the customary valedictory speech by our outgoing President Fred before he hands over the Chain of Office to Iain Shaw. We are also delighted to welcome past Rotary International in Great Britain & Ireland President, Jim Moulson - a member of Paisley Callants Rotary Club but who now lives in Troon. Jim will inspire us with experiences of visiting club projects up and down the country. We look forward to seeing as many members there as possible and please bring along family and friends. Visitors are particularly welcome.
