The event was organized to raise funds for WAA and happily, the sun shone all afternoon.
John Hicks sold 200 tickets for a rather unusual and rural Cowpat Competition and the Fenwick family sold raffle tickets with some attractive (donated) prizes.
The whole event raised over £1,000 for Rotary funds which will be presented to WAA at a fothcoming Club lunch.
Thanks to all Rotarians as well as their families and friends for supporting what was indeed a really pleasant way to spend a sunny Sunday afternoon, sadly missed by President Anthony who is recovering from an operation.
