New RIBI Database Management System

Mon, Sep 7th 2015 at 12:00 am- Mon, Sep 14th 2015 - 12:00 am

A new Database Management System (DMS) will be launched early September, our website will remain viewable in public mode only for 7 days commencing 7th Sept.

Rotary GB&I Database Management System (DMS)

A new Database Management System (DMS) will be launched early September. The objective is to create an environment that allowed our clubs and districts to maintain a single database removing the need to update both the Rotary GB&I Template (Our Website) and the RI global database. When the DMS is fully launched it will provide a number of benefits including access to printing club handbooks and stationery together with an extended Rotarian and Officer search facility to all members across your District.

DMS Launch
The work to allow DMS to be launched will commence on the 7th September, and as such in order to allow the synchronisation of data between databases, we need to ensure member records on the Website is correct by the 1st September 2015

Disruptions to Website access
The Website will still remain viewable to the public only, but the  “Members Only” and  “Administration section” will be taken offline for approximately a week from the 7th of September.  Hopefully, the majority of our members will not see any disturbance.
