GOLSPIE INTERACT DELIVER CHRISTMAS CHEER

.

GOLSPIE INTERACT BECOME SANTAS ELVES!!

The members of the Interact Club of Golspie High School, as part of their community efforts, recognised that many elderly people are stuck at home over the festive period and have little to make them cheerful.  They felt that many on limited budgets may not be able to afford the ‘extras’ that make Christmas feel special having to prioritise keeping warm over treats.

The members therefore set themselves a challenge to identify those in need in Golspie, Brora and Helmsdale and then fill boxes with goodies and a Christmas card which they would deliver.  This was combined with a short visit and a cheerful smile which was welcomed by all who were visited.
