A Business Meeting was held this week.
The convenors gave members an update on the various committees within the club.
Senior Vice President James Gibbons updated members on the forthcoming Gala Dinner which will celebrate the club's 85th birthday. The dinner will be held in the Strathaven Hotel on Friday 22nd April.
Junior Vice President Andrew Murray let members know details of the speakers for the second half of the session and he also updated members regarding the forthcoming 3C's - Callander Cycle Challenge on 30th April.
Katrina Gibbons gave the Community and Vocational report and John McDonald updated members regarding Recruitment & Publicity.
Willie Talbot gave details of the Rotary Foundation Charity work both locally and internationally and Sports Convenor Charles Keeper said that the club's fledgling curling team had started to show signs of improvement having drawn their last match.
Regarding the visit to Shotts Prison on Monday 21st March Bill McCallum reported that there're were some spaces for guests on the visit so names and addresses should be emailed to him as soon as possible.
