Rotary District Quiz - 2016

Report on the 2016 Rotary District Quiz


District 1200 Quiz


The District Quiz night was held at the Standerwick Center, Frome onThursday 10th March 2016 where 23 teams challenged each other for the District Title.

The Frome Rotary Club was represented by Chris ( I know about apples and chickens) Good, Glyn (I know that) Carpenter, Chris (Iknow that as well) Page, and Andrew (How do you spell that) Prince.

The team came a creditable 4th but more important one of the members Glyn Carpenter won first prize in the raffle (£50).

 The winning score was extremly high and the competition was won by a team three places above us.

The evening was competative and the event was great fun and great fellowship.




'What We Do' Main Pages:

NOW CLOSED. The shop opened in April 2021 following the lifting of lockdown restrictions. After 26 months of fantastic support from the Frome Community and tremendous effort from Rotarians and Friends the shop closed in May '23.
