Weekly Meeting
This week, Linda Wilson and her team from Heartstart Ayrshire and Arran will be our guests to provide us with a Heartstart course. Whether someone has had a heart attack, has stopped breathing, is choking or bleeding - your help could be vital and your actions could make the difference between life and death.
A Heartstart course will teach us what to do in a wide range of emergencies.
