The King's School Gloucester
Set in the grounds of the imposing King's School Gloucester, the 2016 Sporting Dinner came to Gloucester again, brought to you by the Rotary Club of Gloucester Severn.
Another opportunity was offered to listen to some sporting legends and enjoy a sumptuous meal in the company of colleagues and friends.
This year we were fortunate to have as our keynote speakers, Nigel Owens, the famous Rugby Union referee, who refereed the World Cup final last year and Penny Mallory, a former World Rally Champion. She is now a TV Presenter, a Performance Coach and has also driven in many TV commercials and corporate films as a precision driver, including the iconic ‘Nicole and Papa’ Renault Clio commercials, playing both Nicole and Papa.
The weather was again kind ot us and the sun shone on the event again.
