A New bench for Eastington Community Orchard

The official unveiling!
In Eastington there is a very active Community Orchard group - they make and sell the most superb natural apple juice, and more recently some cider and perry. The whole group is run by volunteers, and use these endeavours to also preserve the natural air and ambiance of the village.
Recenty we assisted the group by the puchse of some oak timer - which one of their members, Tom Lowe, has not turned into a most stylis bench seat h in their main orchard for visitors and passers-by to enjoy.
The main photo shows current President John enjoying the bench with Past President Gill (who arranged the original donation via the Club) and our plaque on the bench.
