Richard is a Chairman of Synergie Global Ltd and Synergie Business Ltd.
Born and raised in the West Country, Richard has gained a wealth of experience in the electronics industry with an extensive track record in Defence, Civil Aerospace, Information Technology and Telecom's where he has served as Managing Director, Chief Executive and latterly as Chairman.
His career has embraced major blue chip company's including Thorn EMI, Racal Electronics, where he served on the parent board and Thales Plc, where he was Chief Executive and a member of Thales SA's executive board in Paris.
