A Walk from Bampton Church to the war graves at Black Bourton

Club members please log in for more information.

Organised by Witney Rotary Evening Group

Meeting point: Main Gate at St Mary’s Church in Bampton at 2.30pm Saturday 10th September.

Duration: About 2 hours round-trip then off to the pub or coffee house.
The plan is to walk from Bampton across the fields to Black Bourton; then visit the graves and remember the servicemen and women that lost their lives. We will then head back to Bampton for either a cup of tea and cake, or a pint – whichever takes peoples’ fancy on the day.

Clothing: Walking boots or equivalent as we will be walking across fields.

Make an effort to support our Evening Group for what should be a very peasant afternoon walk.
