I have received a number of requests for information regarding the format of District Assembly on 6th May. The format has changed this year and will consist of three main elements:
Delegates will be divided into two main groups so that everybody will have the opportunity to be involved in all three parts of the Assembly. There are no committee breakout sessions this year; the market place is designed to replace those sessions and allow all members to discuss issues that matter most to them.
I would be grateful if you could explain the new format to all your members and encourage as many as possible to attend. Assembly is the forum where new ideas can be discussed and experience shared. Registration is through eventbrite, but if anybody has difficulties, please let me know.
Kind regards
Nigel

moreForthcoming Events
moreOur present numbers are good but we need to plan for the future to make sure the Rotary Club of Sandbach Crosses is vibrant and playing a leading part in our growing local community for many years to come.
moreDuring the year we look to support variou projects which may include "water aid" and "shoe box" appeals. This is to be undertaken with fund raising activities that will include all club members as well as the local population and surrounding areas.
moreThe Youth Committee plans to organise anotherquiz night and meal at Sandbach High School supporting students who study hospitality. There will also be another social evening promoting young talented musicians.
moreWe plan to restart activities as the circumstances permit following the pandemic. We will look to additional opportunities to support other projects in the club and the wider Sandbach community.
