Rotary 'Youth Speaks' Awards

Youth Speaks

There is a National Rotary 'Youth Speaks' Award for young people from schools around the country.

Bangor Vocational Committee gives young people from local schools the opportunity to speak in public many for the first time by holding the first local round in the club.

The winners of this first round go on to a District round, usually held at Theatre Clwyd Mold. The winners of this round go on to a Regional round and the winners of that round go on to a National final.

You can see pictures of young people competing in our Bangor round in the Photo Gallery here.

Teachers can contact the Vocational Chairman here.
