Grand Opening of the Satellite Centre

2nd September 2016

Message of support from Our Local force:

"The Satellite centre on Wellington Road Greenfield reopened following an event attended by dignitaries, local groups and their supporters.

As your local Policing team we will be supporting this community hub 100% our work at Saddleworth is very much community based and we see this venue and the groups associated with it as absolutely essential to the health and wellbeing of the people we serve. We will be involved in youth provision working with local youth workers to give our young people somewhere to go in a safe environment. We will particularly be looking at our current Yr7/8 pupils at Saddleworth School to get them onboard.

There is a very bright future for the Satellite centre thanks to tireless work by the trustee group and supporters. Onwards and upwards."
