Rotarians had a choice of golf or sailing on President's Day in June

President's Day is the day when the Club celebrates the end of the Rotary year and a new administration under a new President takes over for the next one.

In June this year, on a day when the weather was kind, members and partners  had a choice of playing in a golf competition at Helen's Bay Golf Club or going sailing. For the sailors Greg Taylor and Peter Bullick both made their boats available and supervised the collection of "landlubbers" who joined them.

Following the day's activities an excellent dinner was enjoyed at Royal Ulster Yacht Club at the end of which Campbell Whyte handed over the chian of office to the incoming President Brian Gillespie.
