Hello Lilbahadur,

I have today got approval from the Nantwich Rotary Club Council and members to release £1,803 funds for the grant application for re-furbishing/restoration of drinking water and sanitation at Golmaraja Lower Secondary School ( is this the sanitation facilities that the Nantwich Club originally funded?)

If the work has not started because of funds and can be started as soon as funds are available I can get the money sent to you in the next few days and when Sarah Perris comes to visit you she can make a presentation of a dummy cheque to your Club, on behalf of the Rotary Club of Nantwich, with some photos for the records.

Could you please e-mail me the details of the account the grant money should be transferred to.  As soon as I have this information The money can be transferred.

We will continue to raise funds to help your other requests like the Shree Ghanpokhara project.

We wish you well with your project.

Good morning John.

Thank you for an excellent news. I shall inform my club President and Board members about the news. I am sure they will all be delighted. Yes, the project was funded by Nantwich Rotary in late 2010/2011.

The option list for transfer of money from UK to The Himalayan Gurkhas Bank account is attached for your kind action.

Agree, I shall arrange club to meet Sarah and hand over Cheque (dummy) to the President in January next year.

Please convey our thanks to President and club members for their support.

Best wishes

Lilbahadur

Good afternoon Lilbahadur,

I am pleased to advise you that I have instructed our bank to send £1803 GBP to the  bank account of the Rotary club of the Himalayan Gurkhas with Sanima Bank, at Alakpuri. Please note that the reference given is "Aruchpur project" This is because our bank make it very difficult to change references, and I do confirm that the money is intended for the repair to the sanitation block.
The money should be credited in 3 to 4 days.
I should be grateful if you confirm when the money has been received by you bank.
Best Wishes John Meadows
