Eastnor Primary School Crocus planting
Planting bulbs in the "Forest School"
As part of the End Polio campaign we gave c 1000 crocus bulbs to Eastnor Primary School who mananged to find a dry day to plant them in their "forest School" just inside the Deer Park. Rotarians were invited to help the children and we had a really fun time in bright sunshine. We are looking forward to seeing the flowers each side of the living willow arch which the children had already made. Very impressive. Some spare bulbs will go home with the children so as part of their science class they can measure and compare different growing methods.
