   AIMS; To plan for the long term future of the Club in its representation of the business and professional community by developing the process of membership recruitment, selection, retention and support.

FORWARD Strategy    (Recruitment, Retention, Extension)

(1) Recruitment: To aim to increase Membership to 50 by recruiting from the local business and professional community.

(2) Selection: To consider the membership age profile, gender balance, Membership classification (from both the employed and voluntary interests) that are unfilled in the selection of potential members.

(3) Retention; To recommend that each new member is supported by a mentoring procedure on an agreed format.

(4) Support: To assist the Club Almoner, review methods of information dissemination to all Members and to continue to give support to Members widows and widowers and Honorary Members by invitations to Rotary Events

The President Vice-Presidents and Secretary have future Leadership under consideration
