Lunch Meeting, Business Meeting

Rotary club of Stirling, meeting of 13thApril 2018.

President Stewart Wilson welcomed members to one of our regular business meetings. There were no visitors.  Upcoming events include the final of the area 7 Primary school quiz, which we are organising, to be held at 2pm on the 28th April in the Logie Theatre, University of Stirling.  We will have a stall at the Kippen Street Fayre on 9th June, replacing our usual fund-raising attendance at Gardening Scotland. On Tuesday last members began the Spring planting at Stirling station, to be completed in the next few weeks and maintained over the Summer. We were pleased to hear from our membership convener Tom Thomson that we hope to have two or three new members in the near future. We again have a full team of drivers for the Arion bus taking handicapped youngsters to swimming.
