A party lunch at the Home of Janet and Peter Keenan for the benefit of Solar Aid
This is a event for Members and Partners only
Dear All
I have made lists of who is attending which lunch, see attachment. If I have put anyone on the wrong list, please let me know and If I have missed you off, or you would like to add yourselves then please contact me.
Our address is Orchard House, Evesham Road, Greet, GL54 5BH. If you are using satnav we are opposite no. 20, there are no numbers on our side of the road. We will put balloons on our gatepost. Please DRIVE IN and do not leave you car on the road. Drive round the house and continue as far as you can - we should be able to accommodate all cars though if you can double with friends this would be helpful as we no longer have the unlimited parking we used to have.
You are invited for lunch for 12:30. We are planning on a garden party but there is room in the house if the weather is bad. Can I remind you that the cost is £12.50 (£25 for two) Could you pay on the day - or before if you wish. Thanks.
