   End Polio Now - Frugal Meal
Robert the District Polio representative organised a Frugal Meal to raise funds.
A very successful evening raised £500
multiplyied by 3 from Bill Gates to £1500.

   President Bill presents Andrew Young from RC of Dewsbury with the Seat of Knowledge quiz trophy Mon Feb 27th.
  Technology Tournament 2017.
8 Luddite Rotarians helped with the Inner 9 Tournamentat Dewsbury Rams Stadium 7 March.
       
   Pres Bill with councillor Gwen Laws the founder of Friends of Batley Station.
Gwen spoke to the club 13th Mar
  International committee fund raising
Brass Band concert with
Gawthorpe Brass 85
       
   Cut and burn morning at Oakwell Hall Country Park led by Rotarian Jim Pilkington
   Roberts Magic Away Polio evening raised with the raffle £715, this sum multiplied by Bill Gates help brings the total raised to £2145.


Tour de Yorkshire passing through Birstall on Sunday 30th April.
Luddites helped trim the town and collected for Alzheimers Charity.

President Bills End of Year BBQ.
Held at Rotarians Margaret and Nigels
