Sep 2017 Girton Memory Cafe - St Vincents Community Hall

Fri, Sep 1st 2017 at 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Memory Cafe welcomes All. A warm welcome for people with dementia or other problems associated memory loss (and their families / carers). Our seventy- eigth monthly event. Theme - Dance

Today we were delighted to welcome some of the Manor Mill Ladies Morris group to the cafe. They showed us some moves and a sample of a dance. They explained their bells, costumes, flags and garlands. Their jolly accordian music filled the hall with bounce. Our Rotary Singing Troupe out did themselves with elegant attire and sang songs from the shows and folk songs on the theme of Dance.
