Linda is a former teacher at Crieff High School who recently graduated for the Royal Botanic Garden (Edinburgh) Professional Diploma in Botanical Illustration (now completed to Distinction level) and will talk about her recent achievements.

Linda Russell,former teacher at Crieff High School, gave a highly entertaining talk/presentation to the Club on her hobby of Botanical Illustration. Clearly passionate about her hobby it was remarkable to see from her works the clear talent she has - and patience given paintings can take 100s of hours each to produce! She recently graduated from the Royal Botanic Garden (Edinburgh) Professional Diploma in Botanical Illustration (now completed to Distinction level) and hopes to build up her catalogue of work and go on to make a name for herself in the world of Illustration. Based on what she exhibited we are sure she will and wish her every success.

Former Club President Chris Dowse is walking the entire 632 miles of the South West Coast Path from Minehead to Poole to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK and Rotary Foundation's 'End Polio Now'. His trek will end on his 70th birthday.

Chris Harnish, who happens to be the son of one of the Benzie Sunrise club members, is working to build a medical centre in Malawi and will update everyone on progress to date.
