Incoming Presidents' Lunch

For the 2018-19 Presidents, District Team and partners - by invitation only
This annual event is when the incoming Presidential team and their partners have an opportunity to meet up with the 2018-19 District Team and their partners. The venue is Calcot Manor Hotel, Reading. Timing is 12:15 for 1pm, and a cash bar is available. The meal price will be on the invitations which will be sent to invitees mid December.

We work in and around the Community in many ways - to help others with their projects and fund raising - some are featured here. We were recently presented with an Award from the Beeches Community Board in recognition of our work in the community.

We will be holding the 33rd Donkey Derby - a great family day out- at Burnham Park on Saturday May 25th 2024 the weekend of the May Bank Holiday

Our annual Burnham Beeches Rotary Charity Run is a VIRTUAL event and entrants took part during July to September 2022. The funds raised were donated to Shelterbox to help those affected by the Ukraine crisis.

After two years of restrictions we held a Donkey Derby with a difference on Saturday 28th May 2022. There was great arena entertainment, lots of stalls, food offerings, funfair, plus of course - DONKEY RIDES.
