Community Involvement: Afternoon Tea on 21 August 2017

A great success.
“When can we come again?” they asked.

Our President Elect, and Community Officer, wanted the Club to be more involved with the local community.

With support from theCroydon Neighbourhood Care Association (CNCA) Loraine organised an Afternoon Tea at Bedford Halls, to which members from various lunch clubs and other organisations were invited.

Many members, and partners, from Croydon Rotary Club came along to help and chat with our guests.

Sandwiches, scones and a variety of cakes soon disappeared, along with lots of tea.

Music was provided by James Pitt-Payne from Langley Park Rotary Club.
