All funds raised will go to The Bedford Hospitals Charity for its 30th Anniversary Appeal to raise funds for a new microscope for specialist micrographic surgery for the plastics department (micrographic surgery for treating many basal cell carcinomas and squamous cell carcinomas)

Seasonal melon accompanied by a fresh mango, pineapple, passion fruit and mint salsa
Main Course
Pan roasted succulent breast of chicken served with gratin potato, seasonal vegetables and a red wine and thyme gravy
Vegetarian option:
Creamy and very cheesy,baked cauliflower cheese tart served with tomato relish
Dessert
Baked vanilla cheesecake with a raspberry coulis and a sweetened vanilla cream
