Initial Information from Richard Purdon

This year the administration is different to Torquay where many of you came

I took a block booking for our party in the Conference Hotel - the Grand; and we were all accomodated there.
This year the Hermitage is much smaller - by 50 rooms - and those have already gone!!
The details of the programme are on the District website. DG Alan will come to talk to us in October , and will speak more about the weekend.
But , I have already established there may well be quite an issue of finding suitable hotel rooms, as there looks as though there is another large event on in the town over this time.
So without any commitment, could you please give me an indication if you would like me to organise a group to go?
