Speaker Meeting Mr Alan Cooke Norstar Magnetics

Alan has over 35 years experience working as a trainer both in his own business and for various others including the aviation industry. He is known for delivering his own induction and training programmes for new recruits. Before leaving the employ of Gatwick Airport Al built a base for his two businesses to grow by working to lay the foundation and on his days off. Holidays were also spent with the growth of the business paramount.
He started Norstar Magnetics Ltd over 14 years ago and the Norstar brand is now synonomous with quality health care products after exposure on national TV. Al’s interest in complementary therapy increased and as a result he studied and became a qualified magnotherapist in 2003. He is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses and is passionate about the quality of service he gives to his customers and clients. His Norstar internet website is a member of the Trusted Shops organisation (a similar concept to the Check a Trade within industry).

Alan is also a member of the IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine)

Magnetic therapy is an alternative medical practice that uses static (i.e. unmoving) magnets to alleviate pain and other health concerns. So-called therapeutic magnets are typically integrated into bracelets, rings, or shoe inserts, though therapeutic magnetic mattresses and clothing are also on the market

Magnotherapy, or magnetic-therapy has been used for thousands of years to help to relieve aches and pains naturally and effectively. It can be used to help with physical pain (such as painful back or knees) as well as aid circulation, allergies and hormonal problems.
