September Meeting

Meeting at Oake Manor

Taunton Vale Inner Wheel met at Oake Manor on Wednesday September 6th.

Our co-presidents, Liz Wood and Cynthia Shorney told us how they came to be in Inner Wheel, and stayed!  'Fun and Friendship' is their motto for this year and they are supporting Children's Hospice South West as their Charity, because it is local.

We held a social meeting with members moving around the room in between courses to get to know each other more easily and, very importantly, we welcomed a prospective member, Jenny B. Welcome Jenny!

Our next meeting is at Oake Manor on 4th October when we will welcome our speaker, Nicola Orchard, Eileen P's daughter, a former Matron at a Hospice.
