On behalf of President Tom McNeice and the members of the Rotary Club of Folkestone, I am writing to ask you to invite your members to join us at our Christmas Lunch to be held on Monday 18th December at The Grand Hotel, The Leas, Folkestone at 12 for 12.30pm. The cost will be £26 per head. Your President John Wentworth-Foster has been sent a separate invitation.

 

This will be another special occasion with our Guest Speaker being Sarah Webber, Chair of Churches Together, Folkestone.

 

I would be grateful if you could complete your menu choices below.

Traditional Kentish Turkey with all the Trimmings and finished with Chef’s Pan Rich Gravy            (4)

Pork Medallion wrapped in bacon served with buttered New Potatoes, finished with Apricot jus    (5)

Stuffed Roasted Peppers (V) served with Sun dried Tomato Rice and topped with glazed

Roasted Salmon Steak serve on a bed of Mash potatoes accompanied with Asparagus and

Finished with Dill butter.                                                                                                             (7)

Traditional Christmas Pudding served with a Brandy Sauce                                                         (8)

Homemade Tiramisu made with Irish Cream                                                                                (9)

Napoleon Torte, Layers of Cream and sweet pastry made to a traditional recipe                           (10)
