Starters

1. Tomato and basil soup
2. Potted ham hock terrine, piccalilli coulis, ciabatta croutons
3. Warm Lancashire cheese and baby leek tart, tomato chutney, balsamic
4. Thai-style fishcake, shredded vegetables, salad, sweet chilli

Main

1. Baked cod fillet, creamy seafood sauce, dill and white wine butter
2. Roasted turkey breast, all traditional accompaniments
3. Butternut squash, feta cheese and chestnut tart fine, pesto-dressed rocket
4. Slowly cooked beef steak, shallots, red wine, mushroom and thyme jus

Desserts

1. Traditional steamed plum pudding, brandied crème anglaise
2. Cranberry and orange cheesecake, red berry salad
3. Dark chocolate and cherry tarte, rich chocolate sauce
