This picturesque course owned by the John Lewis Partnership is
conveniently situated on the high banks of the Thames at Cookham, so even if
your golf is not quite up to scratch you can marvel at the fabulous
views across the river to Cliveden. It also offers a great opportunity to
enjoy the camaraderie of fellow golfers in District 1090, make new friends, relax and enjoy superb hospitality in the clubhouse. If that's not enough there are lots of prizes to be won, including the District Team Trophy and Individual Cup.
All at the bargain price of £35 per person (£140 per team)
So what are you waiting for? Please download the information poster and booking form, get your team organised and book as soon as you can!
Booking closes on 22 February
Organiser: Brian Lee of Marlow Rotary Club will be pleased to answer any queries you may have. He is very experienced at such things, having developed and managed a well known Golf Club in Dorset until his final retirement, so knows all the answers to which tee to play off, which stroke allowance - ladies or gents - to take on each hole and can also answer any queries you may have on dietary requirements.
He can probably give you some excellent advice on the liquid refreshment available too if you so desire.
The main aim of the day is for People of Action to have a wonderful time enjoying themselves in a relaxing and friendly environment!
The two main Trophies will be presented at District Conference in Cheltenham on Sunday 25 March
