"Our club meeting on 23/11 will be a business meeting when we receive reports and updates from our committees.
Also
we will discuss further the findings of our club health.check and be
holding our club special general meeting.

(1) To receive and approve the accounts for the Rotary year 2017/2018, (having been examined independently).
(2) To confirm The president ( Richard Strange ) and the President Elect ( Ian Chacksfield ) for the Rotary year 2019/2020.
(3) To elect the Secretary ( Andrew Shaw ) and Treasurer ( Tom Green ) for the Rotary year 2019/2020.
(4) To appoint a voting delegate and reserve for the next Rotary GB&I annual business meeting, to be held in May 2019
