Rotary Radio:
Rotary Radio launches on Saturday, October 13th and details are attached.
Accounts:
David M. confirmed that the Charity Account has a balance of £1,506 and the Club Account £28.72.
Crocus Corms:
Robert S. has picked up the crocus corms and and will bag them up ready to sell at car parking on Saturday.
Shoeboxes:
Kathy has the leaflets for Shoeboxes. A date for handing them in was agreed as the third Thursday of November (November 15th).
Whitstable Hospitals Quiz Night:
This was a successful evening which raised just short of £1,000 which will be divided equally between Whitstable Hospitals and the Motor Neurone charity.
Saturday, October 13th, Car Parking at Whitstable:
The numbers should be okay but Godfrey would always welcome some more help especially between 1.00 and 3.00 pm.
Saturday, November 3rd, Gardening at the Whit and Tank:
There is a form in the folder so please sign up if you can help starting at 9.30 am.
Saturday, November 8th, Armistice Dinner:
Thirty-six have booked and the Lord Mayor and his wife will be coming. It was agreed to invite Simon Tillotson, Vicar of All Saints, Whitstable.
Saturday, November 17th, Club Quiz Night
Please let David M. know as soon as possible if you would like tickets as they are selling quickly.
Friday, November 23rd, Cheese and Wine Evening at Ron and Irene’s:
Everyone is welcome at Ron and Irene’s for a cheese and wine evening at £5.00 per person in aid of Club Charity Funds on Friday, November 23rd at 7.00 for 7.30 pm. There is a form in the folder.
Saturday, November 24th, Young Chef Competition:
Owain has been in touch with a number of schools and is waiting to hear from them.
Wednesday, December 12th, Christmas Decorations at the Whit and Tank:
Please help to put up the decorations at the Whit and Tank on Wednesday, December 12th at 6.30 for 7.00 pm. There is a form in the folder. Thursday, January 3rd has been suggested as the date for taking the decorations down.
Friday, December 7th, Christmas Dinner:
Sue is anxious for menu selections in the next few weeks. The menu and forms have been circulated and they are also in the folder.

Jenny won a bottle of wine and Marian a squash.
