Donation to Matravers School Music Department for two microphones

It came to our notice that the school needed two new microphones to support their next production - We Will Rock You
Matravers School were delighted to receive a donation from the Westbury Rotary Club towards the purchase of two new microphones for the upcoming school musical. Mr Griffiths, Head of Music, commeneted "The discrete microphones will enable performers to move freely around the stage without worrying about loose cables, so they can focus on their performance."
Mr Griffithes and Mrs Phillips welcomed President Rtn David Perkins to recieve the very generous donation. We look forward to seeing and hearing the microphones in use very soon.
Matravers School has an outstanding track record of delivering superb musical productions. The next major school production will be "We wIll Rock You", featuring the music of "Queen" , on stage in the Matravers Theatre in December 2018.
