Rotarian of the Year

Rotarian Sue Ashby was awarded the Rotarian of the Year Award for her considerable work behind the scenes, which ensures the club runs smoothly.

As the Attendance Secretary, she monitors apologies and liaises with the Chalford House hotel on weekly numbers, dietry needs and special resources for meetings and has built up a good raport with the hotel staff.

As Minute Secretary she keeps records of meetings and produces well constructed agendas and minutes, with timely distribution to ensure that everyone has sufficient notice and access to the necessary details and information. 

Her quiet efficiency much appreciated.
