Senior Vice President Bill Sutherland gained unanomus approval for his proposed office bearers, convenors and Council members.

Treasurer Ian Dochard gave an excellent detailed report on the annual accounts to end of June 2018 which were approved.

Bill Whyte in the abscence of Douglas Jackson gave an explaination of the excellent accounts of the International Golf event which had had an exceptional number of entrants compared with previous years.
