Communication - E-mailing and Communicating with fellow Club members and the District Team 12-06-2018
(a) To email or communicate with other club members first login to the website and you will be taken to the "Members Area" page below click on "Contact and Search" and a dropdown menu will appear click on " Club Members"
(b) If you are already logged into the website you can locate the "Members Area" by clicking on the "Members" link at the top of the home page and from the dropdown menu click on "Members Area"
(c) Once you have arrived on the "Club Members" page click on "E-mail Members" as shown below.
(d) You will then find yourself on the email (message) page if you are wanting to send an email to all the members simply tick the "Select all Members with E-mail" box if you only want to send an email to certain members tick the individual boxes.
(e) Once you have ticked the boxes required scroll down the page to the "Subject and Message Boxes" enter the subject (required) and then type your message, enter your email signature (best regards etc) and click "Send E-mail" You can also attach a file if you wish click on "Choose File" and choose the file that you want from the files on your computer (please note file must be less than 2mb)
(f) If you wish to send an email to "The District Team or Committees" from the "Members Area" click on "Contact and Search" and from the dropdown menu click on "The District Team" see below.
(g) Select from "The District Team" or "District Committees" select the person that you wish to send an email to and enter the subject and type your message and click "Send E-mail"
