BBQ and Bake-off Competition

Hosted by Rosemary and David at Cadmore End.

Members brought their own plates, cutlery and BBQ food.  Luxurious and varied salad dishes, beer and wine were provided.

For our third Bake-Off competition we were required to produce a Glazed Summer Berry Tart which was judged on presentation, pastry, custard cream texture and flavour by chef John Arkle. Afterwards those present indulged themselves by eating the entries.
