Today we enjoyed a visit from David Easton, Governor of District 1145, who spoke about what influenced him and his wife to join Rotary and his meteoric rise to District Governor.

He told us about how Rotary needs to, and is, changing to meet the needs of becoming more attractive to new members who prefer to involve themselves in community projects rather than meeting for lunch or dinner. They meet less frequently, less formally, and make a positive contribution. Change is inevitable.

David was encouraged by how our club is working to adapt to meet these needs.

More details of David's talk may be found HERE.
