Special General Meeting

Agenda:

- Apologies for absence
- Election of Club Officers for Rotary year 2019/20
- Approval of the Clubs account for the year 2017/18

For the benefit of newer members (and those who need a reminder) we have 3 elected Officers
1. Senior Vice President (currently Peter Reynolds) who will be President in the year 2019-20
2. Treasurer (currently John Bromwich) - serves a maximum of 5 years. John is in his second full year.
3. Secretary (currently myself) - serves a maximum of 5 years. I am in my first year.

There are 2 other officers - President (Dermot) and Immediate Past President (also myself)
